How do I use emoticons (smileys)?
To add emoticons to your text, click on the little smiley icon in the lower right-hand corner. A window containing different options of emoticons will appear on your screen. Simply click on the icon of choice. A text code will appear in your typing field, that will be transformed into the respective icon upon being submitted. Alternatively, you can directly enter the code of the icon you wish to use (for example, type “:)” for displaying a smiling face). Please note, that the emoticon window will stay opened until you close it manually – clicking on the smiley button will not open a second emoticon window. When other windows cover it up, you will have to bring it to the front again manually, using the task bar or minimizing the other windows.
