How do I use EasyCheck-in Online and what do I need?
• First, ensure that you are using a computer that is hooked up to a printer with ink and paper and that you have a listing. For the best experience, Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher is recommended. To use EasyCheck-in Online, your listing and any subsequent changes must be done at least 4 hours prior to any domestic departure with one of the following : WebList, call 1-800-UAL-LIST (VRU) or self-list using *FNZ if you have Apollo access. • Before heading to the airport go to the home page of www.united.com, select the EasyCheck-in tab and click Employee Pass Travel hotlink in the lower right corner (or type www.united.com/Employeetravel). To login, enter your Last name and either your file number or confirmation number. • Follow the screen prompts to complete check-in. Take the boarding pass issued for NRPS business travel and your travel pass, or the departure management card issued for NRSA pleasure travel, and then proceed to security.
