You need to program a target line on each phone that you want a DID call to go to. The target line is a dummy line number in the Norstar numbering scheme. Then you program the DID digits the central office is going to send you in the received number field for each target line. (Note: Don’t forget to set the received number length under your system data to match the expected number of digits from the central office.
