double click on the daemon tools short cut icon on the desktop to run it, you will see the same icon on the taskbar bottom right near the clock, hover your mouse over it and right click and go to virtual dvd/cd-rom > device > click on mount image and browse and open the iso, wait for it to load, you will then see the welcome screen
