How do I use carbon dioxide (CO2) chargers (seltzer chargers)?
The soda chargers on our website are for making carbonation (bubbles) in water and other beverages. Though just a bit trickier than the whip cream chargers, they provide an easy and satisfying way to create seltzer water. Also, it is much easier to carry 1 box of 10 chargers (about 8oz) than 10 liters of seltzer water. One trick to success is to charge the water, agitate (shake) and let it sit in the refrigerator a couple of hours to achieve effervescence. Results are also improved if you can cool the water.
