Callwave and BuzMe are services available through the Internet to take messages for you while you are on-line. For a monthly charge you can forward all incoming calls to them. A pop-up window on your computer notifies you of an incoming call. To use their services you will need to setup an account with them and contact your local telephone company to have the Call Forwarding Busy feature added to your telephone line. The Call Forward Busy feature allows you to transfer calls to another phone while your line is busy. Each time you want to use the Internet messaging service you will need to activate the call forwarding feature. You must then disable the feature to receive incoming calls once you are off-line. CTC does not provide technical support for Internet messaging services. We recommend Voice Mail which is a service that is available through your local telephone company.
