How do I use areca nut for anti-parasite (anthelmintic) purposes?

Areca nut is also known as betel nut. I have tons of them around my house and unfortunately also have a bad case of parasites. I read somewhere that they have strong anthelmintic properties but no explanation on how should they be used for such a purpose. I thought of ingesting them either as a powder or as an infusion but read that they can be quite toxic if ingested. I am aware that they are traditionally and most commonly chewed for recreational purposes (together with betel leaf and lime as in paan), but I don’t think or found any reference that this has anything to do with its anthelmintic properties.
