First, find out which COM port the bluetooth adapter is installed as on your computer. 1. Right click on Bluetooth icon, and select “Advanced Configuration”. 2. Select “Local Services” tab. 3. Select “Bluetooth Serial Port” and memo the COM port number. Ex COM 4 Click “OK”, close Bluetooth Configuration window. You will need to set the active sync software to this port. Now switch to ActiveSync and open the Connection Settings dialog. Place a check in the first item, which refers to a serial cable or IR connection. From the drop-down list, you should be able to select the COM port before you memo.
