How do I use a T1 local loopback connector to test the Moseley?

• Unplug the T1 line; plug in the T1 local loopback connector (see C below) and watch for MUX, Encoder and Decoder LEDs all green and steady, except for one steady orange LED on the T1 Port 4 (this is normal) and slow flashing green Decoder LED (if the Moseley unit has no Encoder). • If the Moseley unit has both Encoder and Decoder, apply audio input and check for good audio output. • If the Moseley SL9003T1 operates normally talking to itself in loopback mode, the problem is most likely in the T1 line.
