For HTTP, either set the proxy in your ~/.dillo/dillorc configuration file or set the http_proxy environment variable. If you want to use a proxy with FTP and downloads, you need to configure the wget program that they use. For HTTPS, Dillo-2.0 cannot use a proxy, but Dillo-2.1 will use your HTTP settings.
