How do I use a Promotional Code when buying tickets online?
If you have a promotional code, please enter it in the box provided at the start of the booking process and click the ‘Add Code’ button. Once you see the message ‘Promotion Code has been applied’, proceed with your booking as normal and the prices will be updated accordingly. Please note, if you are shopping online using a promotional code, you will only be able to book tickets for that particular show. If you wish to book for anything else at the same time, please complete the promotional transaction first and then start the booking process again. For use of gift vouchers please see ‘Gift Vouchers’ question below. Can I buy tickets online using my enjoy discount? Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to buy tickets online using your enjoy discount. However, this is something that we hope to be able to offer to enjoy members in the near future and we will let you know as soon as it is available.
