How do I upload my transcript into GWork, if the job for which I’m applying requires me to do so?
You can get an unofficial transcript by logging in to your GWeb account. Login using your GWID and password. From there, click on the Student Records and Registration Menu. Next, click on Student Records Information Menu. Finally, click on Transcripts and you will see your unofficial transcript. To upload this unofficial form into GWork, cut and paste your Banner Web transcripts into a Word document and then upload the document. GWork then will convert the Word file into a PDF after the upload (like it does to all other documents). If you still cannot upload your transcript, call us at 202.994.8633.
