How do I upload files for incomplete manuscript submission?
If you are not able to upload all your files during new manuscript submission, you can come back and upload them at a later time. Be sure to remember the assigned manuscript number, which is shown on the top of the File Uploading page when you submit a new manuscript. Click the menu item Incomplete Manu under Author. Follow the instructions on the page.
