1. Open a new file in notepad or any text editor on your system. 2. Enter the contact details in the following format : First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address Sample Data: Michael, Andrews, 23411111111, michael@fastmail.fm Odumbe, TG, 98000000000, me@everywhere.net Mr. Andrew, George McBeth, 004048586896989, andrew.tg@mcbeth.co.uk 3. Save the file in your system with .txt extenstion. (e.g. mycontact.txt) 4. Click the browse button of Contacts File (CSV Format) field and select the file, which you have created, and then click the Proceed button.
