How do I upload and print pictures from a camera to a printer via a computer?

First, transfer images from camera to computer by one of the following means: • Via USB – most cameras can connect directly to a computer using a USB cable. Camcorders may use FireWire (IEEE 1394) instead. • In-built Media Card Reader – many desktops and laptops have built in media card readers. Simply remove the memory card from your camera and insert it into the computer’s media reader. • External Media Card Reader – if the computer doesn’t have a built-in card reader, then an external card reader can be connected via USB. Then generally, once connected the camera’s memory card will appear as a new drive in Windows Explorer listing all the images in a sub folder. If the camera software package has already been installed on the computer it may automatically bring up its own Explorer. You can then use the computer interface and software to view and manipulate the images; and to control print output.
