Open up Vaayoo Mobile on your phone. Select Upload media mobilet, which will open up the Media folder on your phone. Select picture or video that you want to upload. If you wish you can select multiple destinations (Facebook, YouTube, Other Vaayoo communities etc) that you want the files to be uploaded to.
