How do I upload a PowerPoint file onto authorSTREAM?
Uploading a presentation on authorSTREAM is a simple process. • Use the ‘Upload’ form made available on the homepage for Guest Upload; OR Login to authorSTREAM and click on the ‘Upload PowerPoint’ link made available to you all pages. • The Upload page is divided in three sections. • First section allows you to browse and select the presentation to be uploaded. • Remember authorSTREAM supports a maximum file size of 1 GB. • It should not be ‘Password protected’ or marked ‘Read Only’ in the attributes. • Presentation should not contain Read Only Embedded Fonts. If you have used Read Only Embedded Fonts in your presentation, a message pops up at the time of saving informing you that all changes might not be saved. • The ‘Submit for Review’ or ‘Reply with changes’ option should not be enabled in the PowerPoint to be uploaded. • The second section allows you to enter the title and an explicit description of the presentation.
