1. Make sure that the PDF is saved to your computer in a place where you can easily locate it. The filename canNOT have spaces, symbols or special characters: LikeThis.pdf Only letters, numbers, underscores and dashes. 2. Place the cursor where you would like the PDF title link to be inserted into your content. 3. Use the Insert/Edit File icon to open the File Manager Window. 4. Upload the PDF using Browse and then Upload. 5. Scroll in the list and identify your PDF by clicking on it so that it highlights. The “Details” window should populate with your PDF file details. Start | Back | Next • 6. At the top of the window, the Title is the name of the link that will appear on your page. I recommend that you check all 3 boxes: Icon, Date, and File Size. 7. Click Insert! 8. If your Title is not in the position you want, you can move it around like MS Word by using Cut and Paste, just as you would text.
