1. Open Garmin BaseCamp. 2. Select desired activity. 4. Select File, Export, and Export Selection. 3. Save file as GPS eXchange Format (.gpx) to your desktop. 5. At Garmin Connect, go to Upload. 6. Select the Manual Upload button. 7. Browse to the file saved on your Desktop and select that. 8. Click Upload activities from file button.
