Close all running IDEs and help collections, then run the installation package of the newer version. You will be prompted to uninstall the previous version; agree and then proceed to installing the newer build. • You say, there are sample projects, but I can’t find any. Probably you have installed dotConnect for SQL Server not in full typical. Please choose typical when installing dotConnect for SQL Server. All samples are installed by default in \Program Files\Devart\dotConnect\SQL Server\Samples folder.
