As outlined in the ‘Terms and Conditions of Use of E toll System’, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise Queensland Motorways of any changes to their E toll account. Queensland Motorways offers customers a number of different avenues to update their account details, including online at www.etoll.com.au, over the phone by contacting our Call Centre on 1 3000 ETOLL (1 3000 38655) between 7.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday or by visiting one of our Customer Service Centres. If you are a company and would like to make changes to the company that owns the account, please send a letter on the old company letterhead advising of the new details. The letter can be faxed to us on 1300 55 99 20 or mailed to PO Box 2125, Mansfield QLD 4122.
