How do I update the password used for Electronic Statements? Does the password expire?
You can update your password from the Account Maintenance page. Passwords must pass our password rules, which require the password to be a minimum of SIX characters in length, and contain at least one letter [A-Z] and one number [0-9]. You may also optionally use symbols from your keyboard, like &, %, #, $, @, !, ^. Passwords do not expire on the Electronic Statements system.
