If your Name Server’s IP Address has changed then please contact our technical support staff via the email address help@melbourneit.com.au In the email be sure to specify the Name Server host name, the Name Server IP Address and the Melbourne IT Registry Key for the parent domain name. Note: There is no need to request a change of IP Address in the .au Registry unless the Name Server host name ends in .au. If your Name Server host name ends in a global generic Top Level Domain such as .net or .com or if your host ends in another country code such as .nz or .uk then there is no need to have your IP Address corrected in the AusRegistry database.
