How do I update the EDUCAUSE Whois information if it is incorrect?
Log in to your domain. Under Domain Options, you will find options to change the organization name, address, and contact information. These changes are instantaneous except for the organization name change. This must be approved, and EDUCAUSE might ask for documentation showing that the organization has changed or will change its name officially.
