If you would like to account for them before that time, from the main menu select the “Register” option and then click on the “Add Transaction” button at the top of the “Register” screen. Be sure to enter the transaction information as precisely as possible. When the actual transaction is presented to the Bank’s main customer database, Bank ‘N Pay will attempt to match the transaction to the entry you have made and therefore, it should not appear as a duplicate transaction. If details on the added transaction such as the amount differ from the actual transaction, the actual transaction will not overwrite the added transaction and in that case you will want to delete the added transaction manually.
