How do I update my name, primary address, work phone number, home phone number or email on an account?
Update your contact information through Connexus. Log-on to your online banking account and click on the “Preferences” link. You can also always call us toll-free at 866.236.6968. If your name has changed, please send a copy of your social security card with your new name. Once we receive it, we will send you a new signature card to be signed and mailed back to the Credit Union.
