1) Access the User Control Panel by clicking on the User CP link at the top of the forums. 2) To unsubscribe from a forum click on the Unsubscribe link below the forum you wish to unsubscribe from. 3) To unsubscribe from a thread click on Subscribed Threads at the bottom of the User Control Panel, and then click the Unsubscribe link under the thread you wish to unsubscribe from.
