Go to http://lists.hcs.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/hsmbb-list, enter the e-mail address you’re subscribed with in the box at the bottom, and click on “Edit Options.” You can have the Mailman server e-mail you back your password, and then you can unsubscribe.
