To unsubscribe from an email newsletter select the newsletter and click on the unsubscribe box. To sign up to receive this newsletter again in the future simply access your Email Preferences and select the newsletter for subscription.

If they are ones that you really did subsribe to then there is often a link at the end of the mail to a page which lets you enter your address to come off the list. If there isn’t a link then reply with the subject line ‘unsubsribe.’ Beware that, if it is spam and not a legitimate list, that replying to it may simpley confirm your email address and have you receive lots and lots more in the future…
