Options > Ultimate Lock > “Lock Options” > Set “Allow Unlock with Lock Key” to: Yes Ultimate Lock does not launch when I press my lock key! This is caused by one of two issues. First verify you have set permissions properly. If that is set correctly, you may be running into a bug with the newer BlackBerry operating systems. If you have OS 5.0.484 or later, RIM made a change to remove the lock key functionality entirely. Until this issue is addressed by RIM, no lock apps will function properly with the lock key. You can instead use the timeout feature, or tie Ultimate Lock to one of your convienence keys for quick launching.
