Unlock and clear the “War Goddess” Extra Mission. To unlock the mission, you must max out your relationship with Scirocco and Reccoa, as well as clear the “The Genius from Jupitris” Collection Mission. That mission is unlocked after you clear the “Cold Machiavellian” Friendship Mission, read the “The Man Who Came From Distant Stars” terminal message, and achieve a relationship rating of “Affinity” or higher with Scirocco, Sarah, and Reccoa.
