How do I unlock rank 4 parts for the MP Qubeley?
Unlock and clear the “Qubeley Storm” Collection Mission and read the terminal message received immediately afterwards. To unlock the mission, you must have unlocked Haman, Puru, and Puru Two as playable characters in Mission Mode; you must max out your relationship with Puru and Puru Two, as well as achieve a friendship rating of “Trust” or higher with Haman; and you must shoot down 3000 or more enemy units (combined total for all pilots) while piloting any mobile suit in the Qubeley series (Qubeley, Qubeley Mk-II (Puru), Qubeley Mk-II (Puru Two), MP Qubeley).
