Unlock and clear both of the “Junk Dealers” Friendship Missions and read the terminal message received immediately afterwards. To unlock the “Junk Dealers” missions, you must clear the “Freedom to Space 4” Friendship Mission (which is unlocked after you join the ZZ version of A.E.U.G.), achieve a friendship rating of “Affinity” or higher with Judau, and then choose to join the Junk Dealers when reading the terminal message Judau sends you.
