How do I uninstall the vpr Matrix video and its player from my hard drive?

Go to Start / control panel / add or remove programs. Then select the vpr Matrix presents 1.0 program and click on its change / remove button. Both the video and its player will be removed. The vpr Matrix player is used for this video only so your other video applications will still work if you uninstall it.
