1) Go to: Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications 2) On the Applications screen, scroll to “QuickPlayer” and press the menu button. Choose “Delete” from the menu. 3) When prompted to reboot, choose Yes. If you’re still having trouble, first perform the above, then: 4) Go to: Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications. 5) Anywhere on the Applications screen, press the menu button. Choose “Modules” from the menu. 6) Scroll to the very bottom and make sure “QuickPlayer” does not appear in this list. 7) If it does, highlight it, press the menu button and choose “Delete”.
