How do I uninstall / remove the O2 Active Menu Service?
1. Open the O2 Active Menu. 2. Select the settings icon which is a small round icon at the bottom right of the screen. 3. Select ‘Close Active’. 4. Click ‘Yes’. 5. Go to the main handset menu. 6. Open the ‘Tools’ folder. 7. Select ‘Manager’. 8. Highlight ‘O2 Active’. 9. Click ‘Options’. 10. Select ‘Remove’. 11. Click ‘Yes’.
