In the menu ‘start’, and again in ‘programs’ you can choose ‘Octoshape Streaming Services’ and here is the uninstaller.

Follow these steps to completely remove Octoshape Streaming Services from Mac OS X: 1) Quit the Octoshape plug-in from the menu bar by clicking the Octoshape icon . 2) Go to your home directory and drag the Octoshape application bundle to the trash. 3) Quit all browsers (Safari and Firefox). 4) Go to [your home directory]/Library/Internet Plug-Ins and drag ‘OctoshapeWeb.plugin’ to the trash.
