Uninstalling Asia Service Pack will allow iTegno Mobile Office Suite to properly translate Chinese SMS. To do so, please go to 1. Control Panel 2. Regional and Language Options 3. Select Language tab. 4. Uncheck “Install files for East Asia Language”. It is highly recommended that users install a Chinese Language Word Processor such as NJStar to allow Chinese SMS to be properly displayed in iTegno Mobile Office Suite.
