Uninstalling the Asia Service Pack will allow iTegno Mobile Office Suite to properly translate Chinese SMS. To do so, please go to 1. Control Panel 2. Regional and Language Options 3. Select Language tab. 4. Uncheck “Install files for East Asia Language”.
