How do I undo a fraudulent joint tenancy deed with right of survivorship?
A joint tenancy with right of survivorship deed was signed last summer, then notarized, and recorded in Phoenix by the Recorder’s Office. The County obviously believes that it is legit because the forger’s name (Enrique) name is there along with my mom’s name. Myra, insists that this is a forged document, and I believe her. The signature does not look like hers, and her name is misspelled. However, the fraud detective has dropped the case. Enrique told him that it was all a misunderstanding, and he was willing to sign a quit claim. But Enrique refused to sign when a friend brought the quit claim to him and has hung up on family.
