Here is how to un-install and re-install the program: • From your Start Menu, click “Settings” and select “Control Panel.” • Select the “Add/Remove Programs” icon. • Click on the “Discover” entry and select “Remove.” • Click “OK” when asked if you will be removing the software from your computer. • Click “OK” when the un-install is complete. • Find the “Downloaded Program Files” Folder and delete any Discover icons for both the new and old versions of Deskshop or Secure Online Account Numbers. If there are any Brodia icons, files or folders, please be sure to delete them as well. • Restart your computer. • Download the file again and re-install the software.
