By default, GateKeeper does not have access control service installed. You have to install the access control service by specifying the following property: vbroker.orb.dynamicLibs=com.inprise.vbroker.gatekeeper.security.Init, This property will be automatically added if user set at least one access rule in “Access Controllers” Tab of “Security” Panel.
