How do I tryout for AAU Basketball?
All players who wish to play in the Treasure Valley AAU league must attend an AAU authorized tryout. Trying out for AAU Basketball is easy; there’s no need to pre-register and no cost to tryout. Simply attend the tryouts for your high school feeder area at the assigned time. For example, if you live & attend a school that feeds into Mountain View High School, you will tryout at Mountain View’s assigned time. Players are permitted to tryout once for their current grade level & team. Players should make every effort to attend their scheduled tryout time, however, if it’s not possible to attend on this date, players may attend the Make-Up Tryout Date; players are not permitted to attend both tryouts. Athletes should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tryout time & wear athletic shoes, shorts & a T-shirt. Players are not permitted to attend both tryout dates.
