The extra OU field that BT Trust Services adds does not affect the installation of the certificate because it does not affect the algorithm files associated with your key pair. The reasons for receiving a MisMatch error in IIS is due to one of the following: 1. Key was created, you have NOT exited out of key manager to “commit all changes” and the CSR has been sent to BT Trust Services 2. Key was created, you exited out of key manager and did NOT commit all changes. (you’ve just lost the “Private Key”) and the CSR has been sent to BT Trust Services 3. Key was created, changes were committed and the CSR has been sent to BT Trust Services. But before the certificate was issued by BT Trust Services, the icon was deleted (accidentally, hard drive crash, etc…) and a NEW CSR request was created. (Note: Even if the SAME information is used in the new request, the CSR that was originally sent to BT Trust Services is NOT the “identical” match to that key you just recently created. 4. You have
