Refer to Cisco bug ID CSCdv10356 ( registered customers only) . • Attach the Cisco Conference Connection directly to a switch. • Configure the switch to lock in 100 Mbps at full duplex. • Configure the PC NIC card to 100 Mbps at full duplex. • From the Windows 2000 desktop, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network and Dial-up Connections. • Choose and right-click Local Area Connection. • Click Properties. • In the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box, click Configure to set the Ethernet card properties. • In the next dialog box, click the Advanced tab and choose Link Speed & Duplex. • Choose 100Mbps/Full Duplex in the Value field. • Click OK.
