How do i treat oily skins?
I have super oil skin to its embaressing, this is what my dermtolgist told me to do *Wash your skin 2 or 3 times a day, with tepid water. To hot burns your skin and strips yoru skin of needed moistrozire and cold water shocks your ski *Make sure you use Oil free moiusterixure and cosmetics *Use a clay based mask 2 to 3 times a week * Keep your skin hydrated by drinking at leat 8 glasses of water a day (This reallly helps!) *Oily foods are rumored to cause zits… it can’t hurt to stop eating them! *Watch your sun exposure. Although the sun may seem to dry your skin, too much heat actually stimulates the production of more oil. *Avoid using cleansers that tend to overdry skin. This paradoxically causes your skin to produce even more oil than usual. * If your taking a bath add a couple squeeze couple drops of lemon juice, lime or any citrus in your bath.
