How do I transfer my domain registration and Hosting from another hosting service to DONOBi?
DONOBi does not offer direct Registrar services however, we can assume administration of registration services for you. The transition from one domain hosting service can not be guaranteed “seamless” however, we will assist you in any necessary way to allow the least amount of ‘transition trauma’ to occur. A typical interruption should be no greater than 24 hours (during normal business days). We strongly suggest not waiting till the last minute of your prior contracted service nor canceling services with the other provider until the process is complete.
