How do I transfer my current telephone number my ChiliTech Digital Voice service?
When you sign up for ChiliTech Digital Voice, please mention that you would like to port your existing phone number to our service. You will need to fill out a Letter of Authorization (LOA), which we will provide to you in your welcome packet. You will also need to provide us with a copy of your current local telephone bill. Be sure to read the LOA document thoroughly as it does include very important information regarding this process. During the porting process, we can provide you with a temporary phone number if you wish to receive incoming calls immediately.
