get the latest media player and there u shud find a tab that says removeable devices…when u hook up ur ipod to the usb u shud find something there under the removeable devices tabin media player…

as far as I know, you can’t transfer music from ipod to your PC.. and beware after connecting you ipod with the PC never refresh the ipod, it will erase all the music you have in the ipod.
