Dear, there is no any mode to transfer amount from any Indian bank A/C to Paypal etc. you ll need either Credit Card or Debit Card but there is some problem in Debit Card i.e. after successful registration u ve to confirm your debit card for address confirmation and they (paypal) will send you a four digit code along with that transaction ($1.98 approx. refundable after confirmation) but in india Debit Card ll not show u that code. And your bank is Indian Overseas bank so i ll suggest u, dont confirm your Debit Card. So please go through da Credit Card. There are Some bank who provides instant online cards for their A/C holders like Kotak Mahindra bank, so i ll suggest to open your A/C in Kotak Mahindra Bank if u want to transfer Amount in paypal with your Bank A/C.
